Company Background
In the early 80's, Insertech started up an insert molding company that could introduce the technology of insert molding to major automotive, electronic and telecom corporations.

These corporations were shown how to incorporate insert molding in the design of their products and subsequently how to design the inserts or stampings that were to be encapsulated. Continued support was offered to these corporations by managing their mold tooling and stamping die projects from design through to production.

Due to customer demand InserTech extended this support by assisting some major corporations to commence their own "in house" precision insert molding production. Expansion followed and InserTech eventually moved into a new plant in Cary, Illinois in 1997. In January of the following year InserTech obtained the coveted QS 9000/ ISO 9001:2000 certification. More recently in December 2006 InserTech was certified to ISO/TS 16949:2002.

InserTech expanded it's capacity in February, 2004 by opening a plant in Culiacan, Mexico. This plant was upgraded to ISO/TS 16949:2002 in December 2006 and now supplies it's Mexico-based customers directly from this location.

InserTech has become a leader in insert molding and it's various derivatives. The company's fort´┐Ż is to design, build and run specialized insert molding systems. We transform insert-molded components that are perceived by customers as having "a high degree of difficulty" into components that are easily incorporated into their products.

Growth of InserTech can be attributed to doing business with established, quality oriented customers. These companies are mainly large 1st Tier automotive and telecommunication suppliers who require cost effective precision insert molded components delivered 100% on time and 100% defect free.
